YOGA Basic postures and breathing technique as well as alignment and flexibility work YOGA BOOTY BALLET Using elements from ballet, and yoga, this class is set to upbeat music and follows a vigorous pace moving through exercises designed to create a beautiful, lean body. ZUMBA® Latin international dance & exercise class. No experience needed—just come and join the fun! BODY SCULPTING Combination of free weights and resistance machines.
