Instructors will encourage you to develop your potential and improve your self esteem and confidence, whilst feeling secure and experiencing a sense of belonging. Exercising in a group environment is fun and supports you in establishing healthy lifestyle habits.

Pryme Movers and Aqua Movers receive a FREE tea or coffee.
• To secure your booking, please arrive 10 minutes prior to class time. For safety reasons entry to classes will not be permitted once the music has started.• Please inform the instructor if you are pregnant/injured and modify the class to a level that is comfortable for you.• Patrons aged 13 years and over can join any group fitness class as a member or pay casually.• Kids Gym Members can attend any group fitness class provided a parent or guardian is present in the class. Extra charges apply if the parent/guardian is not a current gym member. Casual group fitness classes are not available for people aged 12 and under.• All participants are encouraged to bring a towel and water bottle to class.• Classes may be subject to change, depending on attendance and instructor availability.• Group fitness classes are not included in Aquatic memberships.
Group Fitness classes to suit your timetableVirtual Group Fitness classes have arrived at Casey ARC and our innovative system is set to revolutionise the way you exercise for good.
Virtual Fitness is a video based system that provides Les Mills group fitness classest via a large display screen in the group fitness room. This helps cater for busy people by increasing access to classes outside of regular time slots.
• To secure your booking, arrive 10 minutes prior to class time. For safety reasons entry to class will not be permitted once music has started.
• All participants are encouraged to bring a towel, water bottle and wear appropriate footwear and clothing for activity.
• Classes may be subject to change.
• Participants aged 13 years and over can attend any virtual group fitness class independently as a member or pay casually.
• Kids Gym members aged 10-12 years can attend any group fitness class provided a parent/guardian is present in the class. Extra charges and conditions apply if the parent/ guardian does not hold a current gym membership. Casual virtual group fitness classes are not available for people aged 12 and under.
• Group fitness classes are not included in Aquatic memberships.
• Please inform reception or health club staff if you are pregnant or have any injuries and modify class to a level that is comfortable for you.
• You will be required to print a ticket to access the class.
• Non-members can pay to attend classes casually.

Virtual Group Fitness | Body Balance
Choosing a class that’s right for you!From low impact to high intensity, instructor led or virtual classes, it’s your choice.
VitalityBody Attack: is the sports inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high energy interval training class includes combinations of aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises.
Body Combat: is an empowering cardio workout! This class is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines. Release your inner warrior. Available as a Virtual Class.
Body Step: is the energising step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around it, you’ll push fat burning systems into high gear.
Boxing: using boxing techniques incorporating pad work, core strength, coordination and overall improvements to fitness.
Coach by Colour Cylce (CBC) uses colour as a form of communication between the trainer and the user to maximise instruction, motivation and reward during your cycle workouts.
RPM: is the indoor cycling routine workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Your inspiring team coach will lead you through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training.
Sh’bam: featuring simple but seriously hot dance moves, it’s the perfect way to shape up and let out your inner star! Available as a Virtual Class.
SPRINT: a 30 minute cycle workout that drives your body to burn calories for hours. Combine bursts of intensity, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. You’ll smash your fitness goals, fast.
Zumba: fuse hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a one of a kind fitness program that will blow you away. Zumba fanatics achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast!
StrengthBody Pump: the barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60 minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups. Available as a Virtual Class.
CXWORX: is the ultimate way to get a tight and toned core. It’s made up of dynamic training that works on toning your abs, glutes, back and obliques. Available as a Virtual Class.
High PerformanceGRIT: 30 minutes of HIIT training featuring explosive high impact body and/or free weight exercises to get you optimal results.
Adrenaline/HIIT: HIIT program focused on delivering improved physical performance. Practising natural body movements to improve speed, strength, balance, flexibility and agility. Kids Gym | Adrenaline
Mind Body SpiritBody Balance: is a yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm. Available as a Virtual Class.
Pilates Mat: emphasises proper breathing, correct posture and learning how to engage the muscles of the inner core, improving strength, flexibility and body awareness.
Pryme Movers: land based gentle exercise, designed to maintain fitness, improve muscle and bone strength and enhance flexibility, conducted in a fun and safe environment.
Stretch: 30 minutes of exercises, designed to improve flexibility, strength, posture and balance. Enjoy the music in a social class environment.
Yoga: you’ll increase body flexibility and stamina, and feel energetic. Suitable for people of all ages and levels of fitness.
AquaticWater Workout: suitable for all levels of fitness, you choose the intensity of the workout!
Deep Water Workout: an athletic class designed to improve fitness, core tone and stability. If you want great results, this is the class to try!
Aqua Movers: set in a fun and sociable environment for our more senior participants, to increase fitness, mobility, flexibility and strength.
AQUA CYCLE: is a low impact cardio workout on an underwater bike. The water creates resistance while the buoyancy supports your joints.
Please be aware in order to take part in these sessions you must:
• Be in comfortable clothing/wet gear which you will be able to cycle in.
• Your feet must be covered with either, aqua socks/shoes or runners that you are happy to get wet.
• Please inform the instructor if you are pregnant or have any pre-existing injuries and modify the class to a level that is comfortable for you.
• You must arrive at least 5 minutes before the session begins.
• Participants aged 13 years and over can attend any group fitness class independently as a member or pay casually.
• Kids Gym Members aged 10-12 years can attend any group fitness class provided a parent or guardian is present in the class. Extra changes and conditions apply if the parent or guardian does not hold a current gym membership. Casual group fitness classes are not available for people aged 12 and under.
• Group fitness classes are not included in Aquatic memberships.
