The Limited Liability Company “Gribanovskiy machine-building plant” isthe fabrication yard.The enterprise specializes in the manufacturing of heat-exchangingequipment: air-cooled heat exchangers of different types, shell-and-tubeheat exchangers, plate heat exchangers, feed heat exchangers as well asspare parts for them.

Production facilities of the plant allow producing up to 60 units of heat exchanging equipment with a pipe length of up to 16,000 mm and a total weight of up to 800 tons per month.The quality of the products is ensured by the quality management system certified according to the international standard ISO 900: 2008 and STO Gazprom 9001 - 2012.

Procurement and assembly workshop № 1 with an area of 10 000 square meters
The beginning of construction – March 2014The start-up – December 2015
The workshop consists of 3 aisles, each 24 meters long. The first aisle isoccupied by an automated straight-procuring line with advanced importedequipment. In two aisles of the workshop, there are two cranes with alifting capacity of 50 tons installed, what makes it possible to collectlarge-sized equipment with a weight of up to one hundred tons..

Tube finning workshop № 2
Finning of monometallic and bimetallic pipes, production of rolling discs and louvered devices are performed in the workshop.

Machine workshop № 3
The workshop is designed for machining of parts with length of up to 4 meters and width of up to 2 meters. The machinery equipment of the workshop consists of modern machining centers, which are multi-operational software with automatic tool change.

Assembly workshop № 4
The workshop is designed for assembling and painting ofair-cooled heat exchangers and heat exchanging units.In 2012 the workshop produced air-cooled heatexchangers with operating pressure of 16 MPa for thefirst time, in 2015 - air-cooled heat exchangers withoperating pressure of 32 MPa, as well as shell-and-tubeheat exchangers weighing over 40 tons.

Welding workshop № 9
Welding works are conducted in the workshop. Weldingequipment of the world's leading manufacturers isinstalled in it: LincolnElectric, KEMPPI, Migatronic,Noboruder. To ensure the compliance of the properties ofmetal and welded joints with standard parameters, athermal chamber furnace is installed in the workshop.There is an x-ray camera for quality control of products.All welders are certified by NAKS (National Agency forWelding Control) and have got all the necessarycertificates.

42 units of gas air-cooled heat exchanger were brought into operation under the project of compressor station “Pikalevskaya” for the object “Development of gas transportation capacity of unified gas supply system of North-West Region”.
