adjustable barbell, weight plates and body weight, Group Power combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional
integrated exercises. Dynamic music and a motivation group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat, and push

Zumba The dance-based aerobics program exploded in popularity in the early 2000s. Zumba makes use of up-tempo Latin
music styles such as salsa, cha-cha, reggaeton, mambo and merengue to create an enjoyable, productive workout for all fitness
levels. This class is taught for 60min.
Ripped/Muscle Conditioning This class will pump you up! The instructor will incorporate hand weights, resistance bands, and
other equipment to shape and sculpt the entire body. Focus is on toning the major muscle groups of the upper and lower body.
This class is taught for 60 minutes unless otherwise indicated.
BARRE this class starts with a warm up and sequence of upper-body exercises using light free weights, push-ups and plank. It’s here that we target the bicep, tricep, shoulder, chest and back muscles. Then we move into a series of ballet Barre or floor exercises that focus on the thighs. It’s on to abs after that. Then you will repeat the format and finish with a beautiful stretch. You do not need to be a dancer to take this class.
Tabata 20/10 and Tabata Cycle INTERVAL TRAINING. Tabata 20/10 is a specialized form of interval training that involves short
intervals of maximum intensity exercise with a 10 second rest between each exercise. Because it involves briefly pushing
yourself beyond the upper end of your aerobic exercise zone, it offers you several advantages that traditional steady-state
exercise (where you keep your heart rate within your aerobic zone) can’t provide. This is a total body workout that
incorporates both cardio segments and weight bearing segments. This class can be a 30 or 45 minute workout.
Step This class involves athletic, powerful movements utilizing a Step bench. Don’t underestimate the effectiveness of this fun,
high-energy, full-body workout that will definitely get your heart pumping - A FAT BURNING CHALLENGE!
Cardio Kick A great workout for everyone interested in improving their fitness & stamina. Class format integrates combinations
of punches, kicks, boxing rounds, and much more! Additional muscle and motion exercises are incorporated to strengthen and
tone. You will have fun, reduce stress, & get an awesome workout!
Insanity is a revolutionary cardio-based total-body conditioning program based on the principles of MAX Interval Training. By

Circuit training is a whole body workout that builds both strength and endurance. Participants rotate from station to station at a set time interval. You set your own pace at each station. The stations alternate between upper body strength, lower body strength, core, and aerobic exercises. Exercises can be modified to meet your current fitness level. Cardio Blast is a mix of cardio and strength wrapped up into one great workout! Bring your towel, water, and lots of energy! Gentle Yoga/stretch is an ancient method of unifying body and mind. It is a respectful, mindful way of life that gently promotes emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual health through daily exercise, breathing, and meditation. This is a 60 minute workout. Great for beginners and for those interested in lengthening and stretching their muscles.
Pilates focuses on using controlled and precise movements to strengthen your abdominals and back as well as lengthen your muscles. This class will definitely challenge you at any fitness level.
PiYO is a hybrid, athletic workout, which combines the mind/body practices of yoga and Pilates, as well as the principles of stretch, strength training, conditioning, and dynamic movement. During a PiYo class, you will find yourself standing in a yoga pose one minute, and down on the floor in a Pilates pose the next!
