This product line consists of Mobile or Stationary Equipment that allows the conversion of between 50 tons and 500 tons (units of combined gasifiers) of various forms of waste per day into a syngas suitable to produce electrical energy, or various liquid fuels.

The waste stream is reduced to only 5% to 10% of its initial volume.

• Units can be combined to process anywhere from 50 to 500 tons per day. The output of each 50-ton-per-day unit is 1 megawatt of continuous power.

• Once connected, 5 to 10 units can produce 5 to 10 megawatts of power. This is sufficient to energize thousands of homes and businesses.

• By adapting units with different add-on technologies, generated outputs can be customized to include gasoline, diesel fuel or hydrogen.

The secret to the success of our technology is in the plasma torches developed and patented by Christian Juvan, PhD - a renowned plasma physicist. We are also upgrading the plasma torches to make them even more efficient.

Another noteworthy feature of our units is their ability to fold up for easy storage within a 40-foot shipping container,making them deployable globally in short notice with only a 2-day setup time.

The original system used a patented “Squid” to recycle the gases several times,exposing the gases produced to UV light and plasma heat of over 1300c (2400f). Thisproduced a clean syngas capable of powering equipment or being converted into fuels.This has been revamped into a simpler design without the issues that hinderedprevious generations of equipment. This system includes a newly designed ceramicliner as well as other upgrades that ensure optimal operation on a long-term basis .
