Achiever Month – The same as a Qualified Month (see below).

Baseline Volume – Calculated volume based on whichever is the higher total group volume of the last two performance years (PFs), i.e. PF13 and PF12. In cases where Founders Platinums have qualified downline legs, then baseline will be calculated on personal group volume (PGV).

Group New Sponsored Volume (GNSV) – All annual volumes in the group which are produced by the new sponsored ABOs. This annual volume will include all Silver and Gold Producer downline volume, but exclude volume from downline Platinum ABOs. This volume requirement is based on cumulative annual volume and not on a monthly requirement.

Personal Group Volume (PGV) – Volume calculated on the group point value (PV) generated from non-qualified downline legs as well as personal PV.

Personal New Sponsored Volume (PNSV) – Annual volume generated by your newly sponsored frontline ABOs, and any volume generated by them in their downline organisation. This volume require-ment is based on cumulative annual volume and not on a monthly requirement.

Qualified (Q) Month – Achieved in one of three ways: the first when an ABO achieves 10 000 PV, the second when an ABO achieves 4 000 PV and one qualified leg downline, and the third when an ABO has two qualified legs and zero or more outside volume.

Qualification Period – The period within which ABOs need to qualify in order to participate in this programme. There are three qualification periods, each commencing on 1 September and ending on 31 August of the following year.

Quarterly Personal Volume – Personal PV calculated each quarter. This applies to the Leadership Training Seminar (LTS) criteria.

Volume Equivalency Founders for Platinum Qualification – Applies when an ABO achieves a minimum of ten qualified months and 144 000 total group PV (including both qualifying and non- qualifying volume) from the ABO’s entire in-market group during the qualification period.

Volume Equivalency Founders for LTS – Applies when an ABO achieves a minimum of ten qualified months and 120 000 total group PV (including both qualifying and non-qualifying volume) from the ABO’s entire in-market group during the qualification period.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

This programme has been designed to focus on the foundational levels within the business. Qualifying from Silver Producer through to Founders Platinum is a significant achievement and deserves a reward in addition to the recognition of the qualification itself.

If I am currently at the Platinum level and qualify at Founders Platinum level in PF15, what reward will I receive? These rewards are for first-time qualifiers only, so you will receive the Founders Platinum reward of R20 000, as that is your first-time achievement.

What reward will I receive if I qualify as a Silver Producer and manage to continue my qualification through to Founders Platinum in PF15?In that case a total cumulative value of R44 000 will be paid.

ABOs qualifying for the first time at the Silver Producer level and above during the qualification period will receive the following rewards:

First Time Silver Producer R 3 000First Time Gold Producer R 6 000First Time Platinum Producer R 15 000First Time Founder’s Platinum R 20 000 Qualifying conditions

• The award is for ABOs qualifying for the first time as Silver Producer and/or above, but up to the level of Founders Platinum.

• The rewards will be cumulative as the higher award levels are achieved.

• Volume Equivalency (144 000 volume) will apply to all new Founders Platinums.

• The award must be achieved within one of the three qualification periods, and rolling qualification applies.

This programme has been designed to support existing Founders Platinums who are striving to grow their business – to build on the foundation of Founders Platinum level and move towards Sapphire level and higher.

ANNUAL GROWTH PROGRAMME “Incentivise existing Founders Platinums to grow their business”

A one-time cash award will be given to existing Founders Platinums who generate additional volume above the specified baseline volume. The baseline volume for each ABO will be communicated by the Company in writing during the first month of the qualification period. The criteria and rewards are as follows:

• Existing Founders Platinum re-qualifying with 30% additional group volume: R20 000• Existing Founders Platinum re-qualifying with 60% or more additional group volume, having met the

above criterion (30% additional group volume) in one of the earlier years of this programme: R30 000• Existing Founders Platinum re-qualifying with 60% or more additional group volume, without having

met the 30% additional group volume criterion in either of the previous two years: R50 000 Qualifying conditions• Baseline will be calculated according to whichever is the higher group volume of the last two

performance years.• If an ABO qualifies for the reward by achieving the additional 30% volume in year one of the

programme, the same ABO will need to achieve an additional 60% or more volume above the baseline volume (as determined at the beginning of PF14) in either year two or year three in order to qualify for the R30 000 reward.

• Where there is a Founders Platinum with downline qualified legs, the volume will be calculated based on PGV (personal group volume).

• ABOs moving to the next level up (Sapphire to Emerald, Emerald to Diamond and above) will receive a grace period for the next qualification period (12 months) during which the outside volume criterion of 2 400 PGV will not be required.

3. Previously qualified Emeralds and above will not receive a GIP reward for qualifying with two qualified legs plus 4 000 PGV or more.

SCENARIO 1 – ABO QUALIFYING AS A NEW SAPPHIRE

Qualifying Platinum ABOs will receive an amount of R2 500 per leg when the two qualified legs and 4 000 PGV have been achieved.

Please note: The scenario below will only apply to ABOs who are qualifying at Sapphire level for the first time since joining the business.

In September, October, December, January, April, May and June, this ABO will receive R16 800 in rewards for having achieved three qualified legs per month (3 x R5 600). In November and February, this ABO will receive R22 400 for four qualified legs per month (4 x R5 600).In March, July and August, the ABO will receive R28 000 in rewards for five qualified legs per month (5 x R5 600)

In the scenario illustrated above, the ABO had two qualified legs and 4 000 PGV in the months of September, October, November, January, March, June, July and August. The ABO will receive a reward of R2 500 per leg in each of those months, with the monthly reward being R5 000.

In April the ABO will receive R6 000, having had two qualified legs and 7 000 PGV in the same month.

In December and May the ABO had three qualified legs, and for those months only will receive a reward of R5 600 per leg, with the total monthly reward being R16 800.

The ABO will receive no rewards for the month of February as the criteria were not met.

SCENARIO 2 – ABO QUALIFYING AS A NEW EMERALD

All qualifying ABOs on track to qualify as new Emeralds will receive an amount of R5 600 per leg when from three to five legs are qualifying. Those who achieve a minimum of six legs will receive R6 500 per leg. Should a seventh leg qualify, they will be rewarded R8 000 for that leg, and the first six legs will be rewarded as above.

Please note: The scenario below will only apply to ABOs who are qualifying at Emerald level for the first time since joining the business.

SCENARIO 3 – ABO RE-QUALIFYING AS AN EMERALD

Qualifying ABOs will receive an amount of R5 600 per leg when from three to five legs qualify and when they have a minimum of 2 400 PGV. ** The 2 400 PGV is only applicable to Emerald and above ABOs who have re-qualified at the Emerald level and above within the last performance year. ** The PGV volume must be generated from legs outside of those qualified during the previous qualification period, i.e. 1 September 2014

to 31 August 2015.

Please note: The scenario below is calculated on the criterion of R5 600 per qualified leg for an ABO who has achieved from three to five qualified legs and who has 2 400 PGV.

The above scenario has the same structure as Scenario 2. The only difference is that the ABO in Scenario 3 does not meet the 2 400 PGV requirement every month. In such an instance, the PGV will be accumulated until the minimum requirement of 2 400 PGV has been met.

In this scenario, the criterion of a minimum of three qualified legs was met in September. However, the PGV requirement of 2 400 PGV was only met in the month of October. The ABO qualifies for his/her first reward in the month of October, which is the first month in which the criteria of three qualified legs and 2 400 PGV were met.

The ABO qualifies for the next reward in December, as the 2 400 PGV was only met as a cumulative total in this month. The ABO therefore receives a reward of R22 400 (R5 600 x 4 qualified legs) by way of backtracking to October. The same applies to February, April and May.

The ABO will receive a reward of R28 000 in the months of March, July and August through backtrack-ing to previous months, the 2 400 PGV requirement being met cumulatively.

No reward will be paid in the months of November, January and June because the ABO did not meet the 2 400 PGV requirement in those months, even though there were three or four qualified legs.

SCENARIO 4 – ABO RE-QUALIFYING (SEVEN OR MORE LEGS) AT THE DIAMOND LEVEL AND ABOVE

Qualifying ABOs will receive an amount of R6 500 per leg when six or more legs qualify with a minimum of 2 400 PGV.

Please note: The scenario below is based on the criterion of R6 500 per qualified leg for an ABO who has achieved six or more legs (seven in this instance) and has 2 400 PGV.

In the scenario illustrated above, the ABO has seven legs with qualified months, but has not met the 2 400 PGV requirement every month. In this instance, the PGV will be accumulated until the minimum requirement of 2 400 PGV has been met.

The ABO will qualify for his or her first reward in September, which is the first month to meet the criteria of a minimum of six qualified legs and 2 400 PGV.

The next reward will be earned in November, in which the 2 400 PGV requirement is met. Subsequent rewards will be earned in January, April, June and August. In June and August the ABO receives a reward of R47 000 for seven qualified legs and 2 400 PGV.

We are pleased to share with you the achievers’ qualification criteria to enable new and emerging leaders to qualify faster and sooner. These criteria will make it possible for the new leaders to join other success-ful leaders on an unforgettable trip.

For the FIRST-TIME qualification, only eight qualified months will be needed. As new leaders keep growing and building further stability into their business, the criteria will adapt to this growth until 12 quali-fied months become a requirement for the fourth-time qualification and above.

We also want to ensure that those who are actively building the business, sponsoring new ABOs and generating new volume are rewarded for their achievements by the new qualification criteria.

Cape Town is one of the world’s most beautiful cities. The landmarks, the oceans, friendly people – everything about the Mother City plays an integral role in its wonder and charm. Table Mountain, perhaps the most iconic structure framing the skyline of the city, is now one of the seven Wonders of the Natural World, joining the likes of Halong Bay in Hawaii; Iguazu Falls on the border of Argentina and the Puerto Princesca Underground River in Mexico.

Aside from the city’s beautiful old buildings and rich history, it also boasts a host of natural phe-nomena – it is the only city in the world where two oceans meet! The Atlantic and Indian oceans are home to a myriad of aquatic creatures including the Southern Right Whales and Grey Atlantic Seals - often to be seen from the shoreline.

ABOs who have achieved Platinum status during the past performance year will be wined and dined in Cape Town and surrounds. Make sure you qualify and celebrate your success with us during a three-day; two-night event.

Let’s tango! An Argentinian dance that enjoys imense global popularity, the tango originated in 19th-century Buenos Aires. It’s believed that when a myriad of cultures in the city’s working class neighbourhoods came together, the tango was born.

Argentina – A Land of Beautiful ContrastsWhere nature meets civilisation, and the old meets the new

In 2016, Diamond ABOs will touch down in Argentina for an adventure-filled programme. South America’s second largest country spans across climate zones, from the North’s awe-inspiring waterfalls, to the centre’s majestic peaks, to the South’s chilly glacier. While the vast country has amazing landscapes, visitors can also enjoy the cos-mopolitain fair of stylish cities like Buenos Aires.

A place where cultures and people intermingle, and beautiful beaches dance with urban centres: Welcome to Argentina.

South America’s metropolisFounded in 1580 along the banks of the Platte River, Buenos Aires, population 11 million, is South America’s biggest city. With a mild climate from January to December, a sophisticated edge, and friendly inhabitants, a stop in Buenos Aires is always a pleasure. Popular sights and activities range from beautiful parks and rose gardens, to football and horse racing, to incredible night life and delectable cuisine. Visitors with cultural aspirations will be delighted by Buenos Aires’ world-class theater and opera house as well as countless opportunities to dance – the tango, of course! This cosmopolitan city is also a shoppers’ paradise for everything from leather goods to antiques.

A sight to see: Iguazu Falls The Iguazu Falls are located where the Iguazu River tumbles over the edge of the Paraná Plateau, 23 kilometres upriver from the Iguazu’s confluence with the Paraná River. Numerous islands along the 2.7-kilometre-long edge divide the falls into many separate waterfalls and cataracts, varying between 60 to 82 metres high. The number of these smaller waterfalls fluctuates from 150 to 300 metre, depending on the water level. Approximately half of the river’s flow falls into a long and narrow chasm called the Devil’s Throat, forming a U-shaped, 82 metres high waterfall. The falls are positioned in a way that resembles a reversed letter ‘J’. The bor-der between Brazil and Argentina runs through the ‘J’. On the right bank is the Brazilian territory, which holds just more than 20% of the falls, and on the left side is Argentina, which encloses almost 80% of the falls.

Relaxing BarilocheJust a two-hour flight from Buenos Aires is the lake and mountain region called Bariloche. A place for nature lovers, Bariloche is the perfect place to ski, fish and climb – or simply sit back, relax and admire the calm, quiet beauty of this senic paradise. Five-star restaurants and first-class accomodtaions allow for the ultimte fusion of nature and luxury.

Grow glacier, growA visit to Argentina is not complete without a stay in Patagonia. One of the region’s biggest attractions: the Perito Moreno Glacier in Los Glaciares National Park. The glacier, which is inexplicably still growing, is the second biggest ice cup in the world and offers boundless

opportunities for exploration. Minitrekking tours give the brave-at-heart an up-close look at one colossal piece of ice. Listening to it groan and crack before tumbling into the water below is an unforgettable experience.

At the world’s endTierra del Fuego – the land of fire – denotes the southern-most region of South America. Its capital is the charming city of Ushuais, which proudly bears the title of ‘the world’s southern most city’. In fact, the area is rampant with superlatives, includingthe southern-most train and south-ern-most prison. The landscape remains as untouched as when European explorers first set foot in the area in the 16th century. Bountiful wild-life, sprawling lakes and high mountain peaks meet in this most unique cornerof the globe. Today, visitors are pleased to find the comfort of fine dining and cushy accommodation in a far-away place.

Exciting experiences in the Maldives

The world’s largest island …

An archipelago of more than one thousand islands, the Maldives boasts the largest and most diverse reefs in the world. There are also one thousand reasons why this part of the world is known as paradise on earth!

The island cluster is situated in Asia and it offers one of the best beach holidays. White sandy beaches, clean sprinkling azure-blue water, rich marine life, amazing resorts and a myriad of entertainment options.

The Maldives has an incredibly great climate and a destination that simply shouts – relaxation and a great conference!

Simultaneously the world’s largest island and the world’s smallest continent, Australia is a unique tourist destination boasting an incredible 50,000-kilometre-long coastline. Today, 80% of the nation’s population lives within 100 kilometres of the coast, though some of the most spectacular sights remain in Australia’s infamous ‘Red Centre’. Uluru, an UNESCO world heritage sight and home to aboriginal tribes, offers spectacular sunrises and sunsets as well as stargazing in the heart of the peaceful desert. The coastline is populated with urban centres – including Sydney with its iconic opera house as well as Perth, Australia’s capital – but, the country also offers plenty of space for those who want to get away from it all.

Best-loved surf spots and sparkling beaches dot the Gold Coast and Byron Bay. And, of course, a trip to Australia would be incomplete without a visit to the Great Barrier Reef.

Maldives 20172018 is ear-marked for a trip to the world’s smallest continent
