Access application:
1º) Go to WWW.grupoantolin.com. click on “Suppliers Portal”

2º). Click on “Register Now”:

Then, supplier will have to include a contact in Grupo Antolin (e-mail) and click on “Next”
IF you are a NEWsupplier, DO NOTselect this box.

Fill out all required fields and click on “Next”.

Finally, include all data of the contact in your company, indicate the e-mail of your contact in Grupo Antolin and select the question and answer to “remember password”

5º). Request has been sent: Your contact in Grupo Antolin will receive the request for processing.

6º). Keys receipt:
Once your contact in Grupo Antolin has accepted the request, the supplier contact will receive the username and password for accessing the Suppliers Portal, which will let them complete the information in section “Supplier Data Update (Company presentation)”.
Important: The receipt of the keys is not the final step of the registration process; to
finish it, it is necessary to
1º.- “Send” the Presentation of the Company.
2º.- Presentation Approval by the contact in Grupo Antolin.

Clicking on “Supplier Data Update (Company Presentation)”, will access to a extensive menu where you will be able to update and include all information required by your contact in Grupo Antolin..
Next, we show a brief summary of some sections in the Company presentation.

General information of the company, most of it has been already included in the first step of the registration process. This information can be updated at any time except for the e-mail of the contact in Grupo Antolin.

Update and extend the information relating administration, facilities, organization chart, bank details…
New contact and new user can be also included in this section.

First indicate whether the company intends to get certified or not; afterwards it will be possible to attach scanned certificates to be checked by your contact in Grupo Antolin.

Suppliers guide and /or Suppliers Manual is a document that certain suppliers must read, sign and attach a signed copy in the Portal. This requirement is requested by the contact in Grupo Antolin and depends on the product supplied.

This is a summary to check the status of each section.
Important: Just in this section, you can “Send the

ImportantPresentation” When it has been sent and approved, the changes made directly in the Suppliers Portal updates the Grupo Antolin Database.
Click on “Send Presentation”
Current Grupo Antolin Suppliers.
Those suppliers that already have a supplier code but have not applied for registration (Supplier code can be provided by it’s contact in Grupo Antolin).
Although Grupo Antolin already has basic data of these suppliers, they must apply for registration in Suppliers Portal.
The following details the registration process.
Access application:

2º). click on “Register Now”:

Then, supplier will have to include a contact in Grupo Antolin (e-mail) and select: “Yes, we are currently a Grupo Antolin Supplier”.
Afterwards include VAT number and the Supplier’s Code assigned by Grupo Antolin, this can be provided by your contact.

In the next screen you will see the preliminary information that Grupo Antolin already has about the applying company. Review it, attach any pending data and
