Vision and NeedsEvery project is unique. TESCO partners with contractors and agencies to develop control system solutions that address the agency’s vision for its system as well as its long-term needs. TESCO’s experience with multiple software and hardware platforms allows us to navigate through the complex feature sets and capabilities of multiple systems to find the right solution that aligns with client expectations.

Collaboration and PlanningTESCO deploys design-build project methodologies to bring a collaborative approach when developing automation solutions. We encourage interactive contributions and the shared involvement of all key stakeholders on the project. This approach ensures that the project objectives align with the client’s long-term needs, while lowering risk throughout project execution.

Our front-end engineering services, using information gleaned from collaborative workshops, advances proper planning and an interactive design using well established standards. This builds a foundation for the future, improves overall system and operator effectiveness, and long-term maintenance.

Improper implementation of the software during a deployment can lead to system failure. TESCO manages this risk with implementation planning that minimizes operational impacts and maximizes quality control. We leverage standardization, consistency and repeatability.

Execution and ResultsTESCO takes responsibility for the system’s performance. We show unparalleled commitment to the client to complete the project to the client’s satisfaction.

Trusted Design-Build PartnerWhile design-build is frequently used to expedite capital projects, Tesco Controls, Inc. (TESCO) applies this approach to deliver feature-rich control systems. We have a track-record of successful partnering on projects, including both greenfield and legacy migration control system deployments.

TESCO’s design-build philosophy is to work with our partners and clients to provide the best system for the client. This includes not only the initial capital cost, but the long-term cost of ownership, the solution’s reliability and effectiveness, as well as ensuring public health and safety. Our expertise and knowledge as a technology partner can minimize the risks of schedule delays, system failures, and cost overruns.

TESCO’s time tested, field-proven experience supports informed decisions and priorities for performance management, security, integration, business continuity and regulatory compliance.

Water Industry SpecialistsAs a full-service systems integrator specializing in delivering water/wastewater solutions for over 45 years (and the largest systems integrator in North
