I founded Guaranteed Rate in 2000 with the idea of building a different kind of mortgage company: one that brings transparency and simplicity to the mortgage process, both for homebuyers and our employees. In the years since, we’ve grown to become one of the 10 largest home loan companies in the nation, funding nearly $80 billion in loans since our inception and $12.4 billion in 2014 alone. We’re licensed in all 50 states,

and we have nearly 2,500 employees at approximately 175 offices from coast to coast.
