Photocatalytic removal of pollution
DTOX products use photocatalytic action to removepollutantspresentinoutdoorairandbreakdownorganicpollution.They contain titanium dioxide (TiO2) which acts as acatalyst.Under the actionofUV light, titaniumdioxideisactivated.Itbreaksdownmostpollutantsandorganiccontaminationwhichcausesgrimeonbuildings:industrialpollution, exhaust fumes, moss, algae, mould, oils andgreases,etc.Theseorganicpollutantsarethenconvertedintowatervapourandcarbondioxide.
