GUIDE TO GROUP BOOKINGS AT HENRY TUDOR HOUSE Henry Tudor House is the perfect venue for your birthday party or family celebration. Whether its a small group in our intimate Private Dining Room, a family gathering in our first floor Restaurant or a larger group of family and friends in our top floor Function Room, we have the perfect space to make your special occasion ‘special’.

We have 3 spaces that are ideally suited for private parties:

1. The first floor Private Dining Room has a maximum capacity of 18 and is perfect for an intimate meal with a hint of sophistication. This room was previously the bedroom in which Henry Tudor is believed to have stayed before the Battle of Bosworth in 1485.

2. The First Floor Dining Room has a maximum capacity of 30 and is ideal for larger groups who still want a degree of intimacy. For groups of less than 20 a room charge may apply (please get in contact for details).

3. Our largest space is our second floor Function Room which has a capacity of 56 for a ‘sit down’ meal or up to 65 for a more casual buffet. This room has a private bar and cloakrooms and can also accommodate live performers or party DJs, subject to approval by management.

GUIDE TO MENU OPTIONS:

PRIVATE DINING ROOM - All meals served in the private dining room require a preorder. You can choose to order from our normal house menu, in operation at the time of your booking, or we can construct a bespoke fixed price set menu, or taster menu (please ask for details). A small room charge applies but if your party is 10 or over and you select a 2 course meal or our taster menu the room charge will be waived (excludes Christmas Menus).

RESTAURANT - All meals for group bookings in the restaurant require a preorder. For bookings up to 20 guests you can order from our normal house menu in operation at the time of your booking or we can construct a bespoke fixed price set menu or taster menu. For groups of over 20 a bespoke fixed price menu is recommended. The number of options per course for fixed price set menus will increase depending on group size. (please ask for details). For meals with less than 2 courses or groups less than 20 requesting exclusive use of the restaurant, a room charge may apply at peak times.

FUNCTION ROOM - There is no charge for the Function Room but a minimum spend for your chosen food package will apply. We have a wide range of food options available from canapés at £3 each or cold buffets starting at £10 per head up to 3 course set menus from £25 per person (please ask for details). the Function Room is not available for ‘drinks only’ events unless by prior agreement.
