Golf (Men)Golf is a sport where you get one ball and you start at the point and with the club you hit the

ball as far as you can and try to get it in the hole in the green not out of bonds if you do you

have to hit the ball from their and it is pretty hard and try not to hit it in to the sand ether it isalso hard to hit it when it is in the sand plus it does not go as far in the sand

    Rules:

Golf is a sport with many rules on how to play depending on the situation, but also on how to

behave vis--vis other players, the course and its environment. There are 34 rules in total,

    divided into 11 sections. .

Par is the average number of strokes to finish a hole. It is determined by the distance that

separates the teeing ground from the flag that indicates the position of the hole on the green.

Generally pars are done in three, four or five strokes, i.e. pars 3, 4 or 5.

The game of golf consists of reaching each hole with a minimum of strokes - the score is

established according to the number of strokes made in comparison to par. Making par

means a player has taken as many shots to putt the ball in the hole as was deemed par for that

hole in advance (for example, taking four strokes on a hole determined to be a par 4). A

bogey is equal to one shot above par (+1); a double bogey is two extra strokes (+2) and a

triple bogey is three more (+3). Making a birdie means finishing the hole with one stroke

below par (-1). An eagle corresponds to two strokes below par (-2), while an albatross is the

term for three strokes below par (-3) and is obviously very rare. At the end of the round of 18

holes, the score is calculated by taking the sum of strokes made in relation to par.

    Modern Pentathlon

There are five events in modern pentathlon:

    1. freestyle swimming2. fencing3. shooting: in shooting you have to get 500 points or 1000 points to win the game4. running5. show jumping

Athletes start the combined event based on their points after the previous three events using a

handicap start. Athletes run from the start line to their designated shooting station. The

shooting area is protected from potentially inclement weather or sunshine and is clearly visible

to spectators. There is a 25 minute combined shoot and run warm up prior to the start of thecompetition. The running course consists of a 1 km loop with as much of the course visible to

spectators as possible. The maximum climb of the running course must not exceed 50m. Time

penalties may be incurred for various offences. You all start running at the start line you run to the

targets then you shoot and you win if you the most points

    Gold medal Andrei Moiseev

    Silver medal Edvinas Krurgolcas

    Bronze medal Andrejus

The Shooting event is held in an indoor

shooting range, the athlete will use a 4.5mm

caliber air-pistol and shoot at a fixed target,

which will be at a distance of 10-meters (32

feet). The shooters will have a total of 20 rounds to fire and they will have a maximum time

limit of 40 seconds allowed between each shot. A score from one to ten will be given for each

shot. If a shooter is able to shoot a perfect score, hitting the center of the target with every

shot, they will receive the highest possible rating on stable targets which is 200/200. When anathlete score reaches 172 out of 200 they have earned 1000 points. For every point that is

above or below 172, the athlete will have twelve pentathlon points added or subtracted. So a

score of 173 would be 1,012 pentathlon points or a score of 171 would be 988 pentathlon

    points

Swimming is an easy sport you just need to know how to swim and float. You have to be the

first one to win and you have to stay in your own lane and you cant touch the ground.

The best swimmer in the womens Olympics is Leisel Jones. She got gold in the 2004

womens swimming and she is a good swimmer and now she is famous.

    different.

The rules: The rules are if a runner leaves their lane they are disqualified from the race.

Shelly Ann Fraser is a Jamaican runner. She lives in Jamaica and she is a good athlete that is why

I picked her for my story.
