OBLIGATION OF PARTIES

UPManage the online platform
to Finance the development cost of the MRD;Provide representative/s to the Convergence-TWG meetings as needed;Provide an enabling environment for their employees enrolled in the program (e.g., use of internet after office hours, etc.);Assign particular offices/individuals to be the beadles for each of the class; Make available all information, data, and other requirements needed for the implementation of the MRD; Identify, through a uniform selection process, qualified DA,DAR, and DENR employees who can enroll in the program;

Ensure the attendance of agency employees enrolled in the program; Provide representatives in the panel who will screen/scrutinize the initial and final defense of the students’ Action Plan and Project; Provide useful input in the development of the MRD curriculum and other areas which might be of concern to the MRD;Conduct an evaluation of the program with the DA,DAR, and DENR employees; andAllocate funds for the Project.
