LOCATION: The Meditation Center, FCBEscola Gurgaon
Our Residential Program in Gurgaon, offered by Conscient Football as official
partner of FC Barcelona in India, will offer a comprehensive training regime
which is designed to challenge young athletes and progressively develop their
skills and confidence. The players will train and stay together in a fantastic
training facility which has a residential facility in the same complex and provides
all kinds of amenities. The facility is located at The Heritage School, Gurgaon.
The participants of our residential program will be taking part in the FC
Barcelona training camp during the day, while during the evening they will
participate in top of the line athlete development activities such as team building
exercises, nutritional workshops, and recovery sessions. See the content below

FC BARCELONA
METHODOLOGYFC Barcelona has a unique style of play that makes it different from the rest of the teams in the world.
During this camp, official FC Barcelona coaches, together with licensed local staff, will supervise all of the
sessions throughout the camp to ensure our players receive the same level of quality,
professionalism and authenticity that is received in the youth academy in Barcelona. All of our camps are
based on the Barça methodology which includes a creative and attacking brand of football as well as the
promotion of positive values such as respect, effort, ambition, teamwork and sportsmanship.
WORSKSHOPSDuring the camp the players will participate in top of the line athlete
development activities such as Team Building Exercises, Nutritional
Workshops,CooldownSwimmingsessionsandYoga sessions.
COOLDOWNSESSIONS
When recovery from competition is improved athletes are able to train sooner
and with better quality than when either no or inappropriate recovery practices
are completed.Wewill offercooldownswimmingsessions.
YOGA SESSIONAs we all know, Yoga enhance sports skills. It works on flexibility, balance,
agility, endurance, core and overall strength – all tools that help prevent injury
andaid in recovery.
NUTRITIONAL WORKSHOPGisela Barenys, registered Dietician, will discuss what to eat on a daily basis to
keep up with the training demands of a young soccer athlete. She will also
cover sport specifics such as what and when to eat before, during and after
practices and games for optimal health and performance. Gisela will provide
practical examples of healthy meals and snacks, so that you know how to put
it into action.

Situated in the extended campus of The Heritage School, Gurgaon, The Meditation Centre is an oasis
of spiritualityamidst the chaotic throesof city life. It is unique in bothconceptand layout.
The underground meditation halls are located under a natural water body with a natural ecosystem .
This is in accordancewith traditionalHindu& Buddhistmeditationpractices.
It is equipped with 11 a side natural grass football field & 11 a side FIFA approved artificial turf football
field.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
What level of soccer do I need to attend the program?
Players of all levels will be accepted into the program. Once they start training they
will be grouped with players of the same age and, if necessary, with players of a
similar skill level.

What ages are accepted into the camps?
We accept players from 5 to 16 years old

Are parents allowed to visit the players?
Parents are more than welcome to attend the training sessions during the day. If
you would like to visit the player after those hours, you can coordinate a visiting
time with one of our staff members.

Will you provide full-time supervision to the players?
Yes, we will have designated staff members in charge of supervising theplayers participating in the Residential Camp at all times.

Are phones allowed?
Yes, players are allowed to bring their cell phones with them, however they must be
kept in their rooms. Cell phones will not be allowed during training or at any of the
workshops.

Is the camp open to boys and girls?07Yes, boys and girls are welcome to join the program.
Can we see the facilities where the players will be staying?
On the first day of the camp we will invite all the players and parents to do a quick
tour of the facilities. During the tour you will see where the players will be sleeping,
training, and doing all the extra activities.
