1984Postandcablefencingofright-of-wayiscompleted,definingaroadwayfromthebridge totheGurnet.

(cottage)andtheirfamily&guests.ItislocatedattheendofthepeninsulaattheentrancetoPlymouthBay inPlymouth,MassachusettseastofClark’sIsland andwestofGurnet Point.ItsonlyaccessbylandisfromCanalStreetinMarshfieldorthe
PowderPointBridgeatDuxburyBeach5milestothenorthbyfootorby4-wheeldrive.
Becausethereisnoelectricalconnectionwiththemainland,housesoperateundersolar,wind,orpropanepower.ThenearestretailandserviceareaisinHall'sCorner, Duxbury.EntrancetotheGurnet Point andSaquish isguardedbysecurityservices
during peaktimes.Visitorsarerequiredtocheckinpriortoentering thebeach.4

Thelandowned bythetrustextendsfromthecenterlineoftheBoulevardsouth easttothemeanlowwaterlineonthefrontbeach.Itisunbuildableandcoveredbytheseaathightide.Membersareguaranteedaccessviaaneasementonthedeed.
TheBoardofTrusteesconsistsof7votingmembers,1Treasurer&1Secretary.

DiscontentWhilewewould liketohelpinthesolutionofprotectingandgrowingendangered/threatenedspecies,restrictionstoresidents(suchasaccess)willresultindiscontentandcouldhaveanegativeimpacttoefforts.
