IDEA AND SYSTEMS

HISTORY :Guthle was founded in 1925 in Rosswalden as a mechanical work shop products with band saws and sheet metal machines.

In 1974, Guthle develops spring-loaded ROLLBLOC ball version die lifters.

In 1975, Development of die-interchange loading arms.

In 1978, Development of hydraulically actuated ROLLBLOC die lifters.

In 1979, Export initiative (USA, Spain, France Italy, Sweden)

In 1982, Move to larger premises in Ebersbach and production of motor-driven die-interchange loading arms.

In 1991, New series of free-travelling die-interchange lifting trolley ROLLBLOC BUGGY.

In 1994, Development of hydraulic clamping elements.

In 2003, Development of DILOS SHUTTLE up to 60 tons die weight.

In 2007, Mr. Johannes Maier takes over Guthle.

Used for easy handling and precision positioning of dies weighing.

Available in ball/roller version, Spring / Hyd. operated.

Easily integrated in slots with fixing lock.

Available in various lengths.

Available for special high temp. application upto 200 degrees.

Used for quick, safe and reliable die transfer machine setup with fork-lift truck or crane. ROLLBLOC overhung version die loading arms CK With attachment in hooks enabling quick mounting at the press table. ROLLBLOC swivel die loading arms CS, fixed with swivel bearing at the press table, locking with index pin.ROLLBLOC bridge version die loading arms CT, mounted on both sides, with attachment in hooks and adjustable support leg with transport rollers.Available for 5kN to 100kN die weights.

UNIT :

IDEA AND SYSTEMSMOTORIZED DIE LOADING ARMS INFORMATION:

Motorized die loading arms with push pull unit is used for quick and easy die changing and guarantee smooth die changes including for heavier dies by a single operator – quickly, safely & accurately. Operated using manual control unit, hence no need to interface with the press control unit. Precision die positioning with minimum effort. Same die loading arms can be used flexibly for several presses with different bed heights. After changing dies, the die loading arms can be quickly & easily moved away.Available for 40kN to 500kN die weights, in standard designs and as individual special designs.

Used for quick clamping of dies for press bed & ram.

Hydraulic clamps can be used to reduce down time when setting up wherever dies need to be changed frequently.

Manufactured for Std. T-slot 22/28/36 mm.

Max. clamping force available from 63kN to 160kN at 400bar.

Special sets of hydraulic valves are used for controlling the ROLLBLOC hydraulic clamps.

The use of interchangeable plates is ideal for different sized dies.

The dies are prepared and set up outside the press thus allowing production to continue.

Quick die change with ROLLBLOC interchangeable subplate technology opens up new options of profitably producing even for small batch sizes.

Simple and safe die transport. Electrically powered for simplest operations.The front loading technology with the adjustable fork height permits safe changing of the dies at different presses with different heights of press bed.The width of the carrying fork can be adjusted to fit the size of the die (standard). Available with a standard or telescopic lifting mast with a manual or motorized displacement unit. DILOS Buggy for transporting 20kN to 30kN die weights. DILOS Truck for transporting 40kN to 100kN die weights. DILOS special Trucks for transporting 160kN to 250kN of die weights.

The die changing transporter, DILOS SHUTTLE is suitable for die weights from 04 to 40 Tons.

On presses arranged in line and operating in combination, quick die-changing can be carried out simultaneously and in the shortest possible time using the “push-through technique”.

No special operator skills are required, hence one man die changing.

The DILOS SHUTTLE is manufactured in a variety of basic versions as well as in special versions , including even higher weight tools.
