Relocation Process
Once you have successfully secured a job in a new career and confirmed your start date, you will receive full support from our relocation department who have a combined living experience of over 20 years in Dubai.
You will be able to contact our UK office 24/7 with any questions or concerns. Our team will be on hand to answer and support you through the process up to and after arriving in Dubai. Any questions asked regarding company affairs we will pass directly on to the company.
Our purpose is to install confidence and reassurance by assisting you step by step making your transition from the UK to Dubai a smooth and stress free process.
This is a value added service which we as a recruitment company will be offering at Guy Last. No other company currently assists with relocation and offers the experience and services we do.

Relocation ProcessStep 1
Training Attendance Confirmation Your Induction and Training days will be confirmed by the ‘Recruitment Consultant’. The Relocation Manager will send you an email with the specific training dates and all necessary information will be included on the email.
Please REPLY to the email with CONFIRMATION.
The induction and sales training day are KEY to you preparation and getting off to a great start in Dubai like many of our success stories in Dubai.

Each company will have their individual document requirements however we will have a standard checklist which prepares you for all scenarios and future employment within the UAE.

Please send a (smartphone) photo or scanned copy of your driving licence to [email protected] Also include your driving license as part of your documents to take with you to Dubai.

Not all clients require a police certificate. If they require you to obtain a police certificate, Guy Last Relocations will share the 3 step process that is necessary to obtain, attest and submit to the UAE Embassy ready for your relocation to Dubai.
Please prepare and send 8 digital passport photo and send to [email protected] also do advise to have a printed set to include as part of your documents to take to Dubai.
Any form of educational certificates are sufficient, please obtain and send copy to [email protected] also do advise to take the originals and include as part of your documents to take to Dubai.

We advise to land a minimum of 3 days before your start date.
This gives you the opportunity to settle in, familiarise yourself with the surroundings, acclimatise and also adjust to the time difference. The relocation department will also remind you of the fact that you will enter on a ‘visit VISA’ which will be stamped at the airport on their arrival.

Accommodation is always a worry for every candidate however we will make it a stress free and reassuring process. We always recommend that for the first 1-2 weeks you stay in a hotel or short term rental. This is only if you haven’t already arranged to stay with friends, family or associates. We will provide you with recommended areas closely located next to your office.
