HCA XC has Historic Day at Battle of Atlanta Meet

The Lions claimed 4th place out of 38 teams in the very competitive 10th Annu-al Battle of Atlanta led by Sophomore Ethan Selph's 21st place finish! With a 17:57 average, the Lions improved 13 places over last year's 17th place team finish and were the top finishing Gwinnett County team.

The Lions other top finishers were Juniors Brandon Potra in 29th place and Michael Fabiano in 33rd place, Sophomore Blake Fugel in 77th place, Senior Andy Harris in 78th place, and Freshman Preston Brown in 93rd place.

The middle school ladies had the top finisher in the middle school race led by the 1st place win by Brooke Browning with a 3k winning time of 11:54. Claire McGuirt also ran a strong race with a 12th place finish.
