37 On the last and greatest day of the Feast, Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink. 38 Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, streams of living water will flow from within him.” 39 By this he meant the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were later to receive. Up to that time the Spirit had not been given, since Jesus had not yet been glorified.

40 On hearing his words, some of the people said, “Surely this man is the Prophet.”

41 Others said, “He is the Christ.” Still others asked, “How can the Christ come from Galilee? 42 Does not the Scripture say that the Christ will come from David’s family c and from Bethlehem, the town where David lived?” 43 Thus the people were divided because of Jesus. 44 Some wanted to seize him, but no one laid a hand on him.45 Finally the temple guards went back to the chief priests and Pharisees, who asked them, “Why didn’t you bring him in?”46 “No one ever spoke the way this man does,” the guards declared.

Jesus speaks?

Luke 2:13-14• 13 Suddenly a great company of the heavenly

True Love from Jesus• If we do have love, which is love from Jesus,

we can love our father, mother and children. • We must place Jesus on the top of our priority

of our lives. So that HE can be the king of us, HE can leads us to true love.

How Jesus speaks?


Jesus speak with Authority--Promise

• Matthew 7:7-8 “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened.

• Luke 11:9-10 “So I say to you: Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened.

• John 15:7 If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be given you.

The Narrow and Wide Gates Matthew 7:13-14

13 “Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it.

14 But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.

Authority: Jesus the Way to the Father

• John 14:6 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

Speak with power Jesus Raises Lazarus From the Dead

• John 11:43-44 When he had said this, Jesus called in a loud voice, “Lazarus, come out!” The dead man came out, his hands and feet wrapped with strips of linen, and a cloth around his face.

Jesus Calms the Storm: Luke 8:22-25 • 22 One day Jesus said to his disciples, “Let’s go over to the

other side of the lake.” So they got into a boat and set out. 23 As they sailed, he fell asleep. A squall came down on the lake, so that the boat was being swamped, and they were in great danger.

• 24 The disciples went and woke him, saying, “Master, Master, we’re going to drown!”

• He got up and rebuked the wind and the raging waters; the storm subsided, and all was calm. 25 “Where is your faith?” he asked his disciples.

• In fear and amazement they asked one another, “Who is this? He commands even the winds and the water, and they obey him.”

Speak with grace Matthew 18:21-22

• 21 Then Peter came to Jesus and asked, “Lord, how many times shall I forgive my brother when he sins against me? Up to seven times?”

• 22 Jesus answered, “I tell you, not seven times, but seventy-seven times.

How Jesus speaks?


Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name.Your kingdom come.

Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread.

Forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.
