Positive Futures are providing these activities as part of Sefton’s Aiming High for Disabled Children, Transforming Short Breaks programme.

• Please contact the Positive Futures team to book a place on all activities.

• Please be aware that some activities may incur a small charge.

• If a young person is unable to attend an activity, please contact the team as soon as possible so that we can allocate the place to someone else.

• Please ensure that young people have enough drinks, especially if they are taking part in sport.

• Some activities will be taking place outside so please ensure that young people have the appropriate clothing.

• All young people are signed in to every activity and we do ask you to leave details of an emergency contact so we can keep in touch.

• Please note that only one outing per young person can be booked. Young people who have not accessed a particular outing will be given priority in fairness.

• Young people can attend all school based activity days.

• Please arrive ten minutes before an activity to allow for registration.

• Please stay with your child/young person until registration is complete, Thank You.

These are just a few things to remember but most of all, we want you to have fun. If you have any questions or comments about any of our activities please do not hesitate to contact us on 0151 285 5449 / 5444.

Important! There’s lots of activities happening this half term to keep you entertained and we hope you will get involved so we have made a few notes below to help you make the most of your holiday.
