Bearings506 A resilient bearing ring manufacturedusing woven fabric reinforced polyestercapable of withstanding extreme side loads.

533 A tough, glass filled nylon bearing ringfor piston and rod applications.

Piston

Piston Seals606 An asymmetric piston seal manufacturedin Hythane® 181. A very flexible, hard wearingseal, can be used back-to-back for doubleacting applications.

714 A compact, high pressure, double acting seal, complete with a hard thermoplastic face andsquare section NBR energiser. The face is split forease of assembly. This design is becoming morepopular in Earthmoving applications and is alsoideal for passing over ports.

735 A high pressure, heavy duty, low frictiondouble acting piston seal with a filled PTFE capring, two thermoplastic anti-extrusion rings andrubber energiser. A compact, reliable designcommonly used in off-highway and other mobileequipment.

754 A compact double acting piston seal formedium duty applications. It has a tough wearresistant thermoplastic elastomer face which ispreloaded by an o-ring. A widely used generalpurpose piston seal for applications where goodload holding capability is required.

Gland

Rod Seals605 A twin lip design giving a superlative dryrod seal, manufactured in Hythane® 181, easyto install and suitable for demandingapplications.

621 This top of the range twin lip rod seal ismanufactured in Hythane® 181; with a uniqueprofiled rubber energiser and acetal anti-extrusion ring to withstand high pressures andshock loads, the seal provides complete lipactuation under all pressure conditions.

Wipers38 A tough, abrasion resistant rod wiperincorporating pressure relief ribs and anoutside lip for effective sealing of the housing.

520 A polyurethane rod wiper incorporatingpressure relief ribs, an outside lip for effectivesealing of the housing and precision trimmedwiping lip.

842 This heavy duty wiper is designedfor hydraulic cylinders working inheavily contaminated environments.The ‘umbrella’ flap prevents dirt andcontamination accumulating in thecrevice between the wiping lip and thehousing retaining lip.

860 / 862 Press fit metal cased rod wipersincorporating precision trimmed polyurethanewiping lips and metal cases treated with a rustinhibitor for longer life.

Buffer Seals16 / 416 Filled PTFE rod buffer seals; lowfriction and simple groove design, used toprotect the primary rod seal from pressurespikes.

653 A heavy duty rod buffer seal manufacturedin Hythane® 181. This unique patented designprotects the primary rod seal from pressurespikes and is designed to prevent inter-sealpressure build up. The seal is interchangeablewith popular PTFE designs.

SRB A low friction PTFE buffer seal, used toprotect the primary rod seal from pressurespikes. The SRB profile incorporates athermoplastic back up ring for severeapplications.
