1. Contact the Hallmark Hotel Derby on 01332 345894 to check availability prior to sending booking form.

2. Provisional bookings can be made but must be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per person and a completed booking form within 14 days of enquiry. (Please note one cheque or credit card transaction per party for both deposit and final payment).

3. Where pre-orders are required, a pre-order form and wine booking form will be sent once the hotel has received your deposit payment.

4. Final payments for all parties are required no later than Friday 1st November.

5. Pre-arranged company accounts are available on request.

6. Any payments paid for cancellations are forfeited and cannot be transferred to cover food, drinks or entertainment for other members of the party.

7. All payments are non-transferable / refundable. Please do not request as a refusal often offends.

8. The hotel reserves the right to amalgamate, cancel or change the venue of Christmas parties in the event that minimum numbers are not met.
