is coming to the Shadow Hills Estates Monday, October 31st Just a reminder to all of you, and especially the newest residents of the estates, that we are expecting record crowds of young Ghosts and Goblins this Halloween. Last year’s estimates ranged from 600 to 700 young’ins coming to the front door! How much candy should you get? Lots! The Board of Directors will close Wicks Street from Helen to Clybourn by providing barricades to keep traffic from passing through. A group of four off-duty police officers will be patrolling the streets to keep Trick or Treaters safe and moving along. What this means to you is thru-traffic will not be allowed into the estates after 5 p.m. If your guests arrive after 5 p.m., have them give your address to the officers. The patrol will be in force until 10 p.m. Please no golf carts, motorized bikes, tractors, or any off road vehicles during the street closure hours. Safety is our biggest concern! Remind your kids to carry a flashlight, wear a costume that is flameproof, don’t go into anyone’s house without your permission, and don’t eat any candy until they get home and it can be checked thoroughly. If you have any questions, please call Eric at (818) 353-0496 or Mike @ (818) 352-9894 Have a great Halloween!
