handicapentrance,twotreatmentrooms,aclassroom,alargebathroom,laundryroomandlibrary.Plentyoffreeparkingwitheasyaccesstotheschool.

BealetonMassageTherapy&SchoolwillgetallstudentsreadyandeligiblewithallofrequirementstositfortheStateandtheNationalCertificationExaminthe

stateofVirginia.

ProgramRequirements/ReviewandEvaluation

ToFulfillacademicrequirementsforaschoolcertificate,thestudentmustattainaminimumgradeof75%outof100%.Oneachwrittenexam,passallpractical

massageexams,andbepresentforthetotalof506hours.Practicehours,outsideprofessionalmassage,andoff-sitepracticemassageandseatedmassagecounttowardyourtotalhours.Programmustbepaidinfull,inordertogetyour

certificateofcompletionofthecourse.Allgradeswillbekeptinahardcopyandadigitalcopy.Studentscanreviewtheirgradesabonerequest.Therewillbea

quizeveryweek,andatest2timesayearbeforethefinalexam.

ApplicationforAdmission

BMTSacceptsapplicationsatanytimeforenrollmentinfuturesessions.Theapplicationformmustbesubmittedalongwithaback-groundcheckformandanon-refundableapplicationfee

of$50.00fortheback-groundcheck.NoonecanbecomeenrolledinBealetonMassageTherapy&School,tostudymassagetherapyiftheycannotpasstheback-groundcheck.All

applicantsmusthaveatleastahighschooldiploma,andbephysicallyabletoperformmassagetechniques,ishealthyandhaveadesiretoexcelinmassage.Iftheapplicantwantstoholdtheirspotinthenextclassthereisa500.00depositthatwillbeappliedtotheirtuition.Onceyouhavepassedyourbackgroundcheckyouwillbenotifiedofyouracceptanceintothecourse.

TransferofcreditsarenotacceptedbyBealetonMassageTherapyandSchool.Fromanyotherschool,alsothereisnocreditforlifeexperienceofanykind.

TransferofCreditsfromBealetonMassageTherapy&School,isatthesolediscretionofanyotherlearningfacilitythatyoumayenter.

Orientation

Orientationforstudents.Isforyoutocomeandmeettheteachers,lookoverourschoolandtoseeifourschoolisagoodfitforyou.Orientationwillbeheldatleasttwomonthspriortoanewmassagestudycoursebegins.Atorientation,wewillgooverourcourseandyourpartinbecomingamassagetherapist.IfyoudecidedtocontinueyourstudieswithBMTS.Wewillcall

youinforaninterview.

Thetuitionincludes,

Textbooks,MassageTable,MassageSupplies,StudyAids,massagestool,andbolster.MassageTables,stools,andbolsterswillcomeattheendofthecourse.

EveryoneenrollinginaMassageSchoolhastogetaback-groundcheck.Therewillbea$50.00nonrefundableChargeforaback-groundcheckattheorientation;youcanpaybycheckor

creditcardifpayingbycreditcardthereisanextracardprocessingfeeof4%.Youmustpasstheback-groundchecktoenrollinMassageSchool.

TotalCourseTuitionis11,600.00.

$11,600.00totalpayment,canbepaidinmonthlyinstallmentsof1,160.00permonth.$2849.00ofthisfeeisnotrefundableforanyreasonafterthreebusinessdays;ofsigningtheenrollmentagreement.ThesefeesareforSuppliesthatcannotberefunded.BMT&Sdoesnot
