Another known personality that left its mark on students
was Mr. Harjeet Singh Sandhu, CEO, Conscript HR
Advisors Pvt Ltd. He insisted students to remain aware
of self. He focused upon communication skills, soft skills
that everyone need to have. His videos and fun element in
conveying message added flavor to learning period.
Reading news paper is also an art. Many students might
have understood this for the first time in eye opening
session of Ms Geeta Nair, Chief of Bureau, The
Financial Express News Paper. She actually took
everyone through each page of news paper. She
explained what it means and how to interpret it. He was
accompanied by Mr. Romit Kulkarni.
When students entered RMD College, they received warm
welcome from their seniors and faculty members at
registration desk. Being very mindful, RMD MBA team
made whole of the registration process simple. Interaction
with seniors made them feel as part of the college.
Induction kit handover, personal detail verification etc.
happened as planned.

Dr. J John Peter, Dean, RMD SSOMS, emphasized on
sharpening skills during the journey of 2 years along with
efforts on academic front. Being a man from Indian forces,
his beliefs could reach audience clearly. His message was

college days and professors. She could connect all
students, faculty, industries and society as a whole. She
stimulated everyone to go for entrepreneurship. She took

On second day of Orientation program, highlight of the day
was session with one of the most awaited personality, Ms

person didn’t remain restricted to filling up vacancy but it
has lead to man power planning.
Not only that, post session, she curiously had high tea with

connected with them.
In spite of being such eminent business personality, her
calmness, humbleness and interest in developing
community were tangible! With her graceful gestures and
postures itself, people could learn soft skills. With her
learning attitude, pupil was able to understand what her
strength was.
Somebody who won people by making them active and

One of the most important aspect about this orientation
program was making students aware of history and empire
of STES.
They were taken to Vadgaon and Ambegaon campus
where they witnessed seeds of STES and the way it has
grown up. They also saw changed seen, business and
employment generated in these villages because of
Sinhgad. Faculty members informed them about facilities,
buildings etc.
It started with forming groups and allowing group members
in order to make students gel with each other. Every group
came with innovative titles like Youthonesia, Friends
forever,
Afterwards, first game was “Ball between the knees”. Each
member of groups enjoyed this competition. They found
themselves teaming together, promoting and encouraging
each other, understanding importance of balancing and
concentration. Boys and girls both enjoyed activities from
the bottom of their hearts.
Later they played game of balloon race. Reverse walk
