The Happyland store (indoor and outdoor shopping) in the city of As, with a surface area of 4500m², called on Domintell to make its operation more intelligent. With such a large surface area, the management of lighting, access,
alarms and audio represents a significant challenge for this structure.
One of the priorities was that the system should require a minimum of handling and be easy to use. As elaborate as the Domintell technology is, it is nevertheless very intuitive. This way, any staff member can easily initiate the actions that have been predefined. The last employee to leave the premises just enters the alarm code and the store switches to night mode.
With the Domintell automation, Happyland was able to achieve its double objective: make the installation usable by all and control energy consumption. Savings are realized, for example, through light intensity levels for lighting, with a 50% reduction in lighting in the morning when opening and in the evening when closing. The time frame for the electricity work was very limited, so the easy-to-install Domintell system allowed the installer to meet the deadlines and use a minimum of wiring
The project
TestimonyWe are very satisfied with our Domintell smart installation. Employees have no problem using it. The lights are switched on at 50%, then automatically switch to 100% during the day, the background music is turned on and all our secure doors are unlocked once the alarm code is entered by one of the employees when opening. We can even display a message fifteen minutes before the store closes to tell customers to checkout if they have purchases to make. In addition, the electricians were able to install the modules in a timely manner
