My name is XXXXXXXX and I am having a difficult time paying my mortgage. I amnow divorced and was awarded the house in the divorce. My ex-wife is neither living atthe residence nor is she paying any part of the mortgage, so the monthly payments are myresponsibility. I am also paying child support each month in the amount of $XXXXXwhich has put substantial strain on my income.

I am hoping to get my interest rate reduced as this would greatly ease my burden. I amcurrently paying X%. I also wish to have my past due amount added on to the end of thenote. I do not wish to lose my house.
