30 years ago Mr. Marek Kotanski established the first Rehab Center in Gloskow -drug free – therapeutic community model

Now in Poland MONAR Association have:

30 Rehab Centers

31 Out patient Clinics

and really strong paradigm of drug free treatment

In 1988 MONAR Association started with first Needles and Syringes Exchange Program (NSEP) in Poland

It was HR Bus driving around whole country ( biggest drug scenes)

In MONAR units we provided „syringes giving programs”

but first professional NEP was established in MONAR-Krakow in 1996

Now, in each big City in Poland we have NEPs

info materials, condoms and

stopwatches to ears, also.

Party-workers are in deep integration

KIOSK – it is resting room for all!

In dependence of size of event our

party - workers

prepare the medical equipment, in case

of crisis to intervene quickly. We are

finished to medical action in 7 seconds.
