To make surethat our productsalways respect theevolving Europeanregulations and standardsand to fully meet all ourcustomers’ expectations, oneof our main priorities is “Customersatisfaction” in all possible ways, rangingfrom the quality of the product itself to the packaging and to specific market and environmentalrequirements. To do this, apart from our ISO 9001:2008 Quality System, we have also recently introduceda system for Respect of the Environment: UNI EN ISO 14001:2004 which covers all our production phases.

At the base of our everyday activity are principles which are an integral part of our Divella culture, beliefsand our “Divella DNA”: the health of our consumers, respect of our environment and all the currently-existing European laws on health and safety in the work-place, as we are well aware of our social andmoral responsibility towards our local communities.

Two hundred and eighty people, all fired by our “Mediterranean Passion”, work together in running our3 modern factories in Rutigliano and Noicattaro where every day we mill 1200 tons of durum wheat, toproduce our durum wheat semolina, and 400 tons of soft wheat to obtain our soft wheat flour andwe produce 900 tons of dry pasta, 35 tons of fresh pasta and 60 tons of biscuits.

Our mills use carefully-selected durum wheats grown and ripened in the warm Apulian sun, turning theminto the semolina we use to produce all our pasta which includes: spaghetti, rigatoni, our famous orecchiette,our egg pasta, our bronze-extruded pasta, whole-wheat pasta and, last butnot least, our pasta with added, dehydrated vegetables (chilli-pepper,garlic & basil, tomato & spinach). In all, we have over 150 shapesto sat isfy even the most demand ing consumers.

And this is not all. We also offer a complete range oftomato products to complement our pasta: tinnedpeeled tomatoes, “passata”, diced tomatoes, cherrytomatoes, sliced tomatoes, sauces and catering-cans of crushed tomatoes. All of these are typicalof the very best in traditional Italian cuisine andenable our customers to get a taste of thevery best tradition has to offer.

We believe eating should be a pleasure andthis means choosing genuine products whichguarantee a healthy, balanced diet: indeedwe have a range of soft wheat flour anddurum wheat semolina for making breadand cakes, rice, biscuits, mini-cakes, tinnedpulses, extra-virgin olive oil, balsamicvinegar, polenta and cous cous. All theseproducts strictly adhere to our qualitycriteria on production but with the highlycompetitive price typical of all our products.

And what is the reasoning behind all this?Our desire to spread throughout the worldwhat we and our consumers believe tobe delicious, top-quality products whichcontribute to a healthy eating programme.Today our company, now entering the 4th

generation, still continues to concentrate itsefforts on constantly researching high quality.This was, is and always will be our daily commitmentso that those who look for the genuine tastes ofthe past w i l l a lways be ab le to find them.
