Here we go for Week 2! A few exercises to do daily and then this week, let’s work on getting outside. Maybe we can go for a ride on our bikes or get a family member to play catch.Again for some fun, try a different video from the links below ☺
Day 1 – Wild Arms: As fast as you can complete: 10 Arm Circles (front & back), 10 Forward punches, 10 Raise the Roof’s Repeat 3xDay 2 – Plank Jacks: In plank position move your feet in and out like when performing a jumping jack for 30 seconds. Repeat 10xDay 3 – Shuffle Cross: Shuffle 3 times to your right then punch across your body with your left hand. Repeat in the opposite direction. Repeat 10xDay 4 – Wall Sit: Find an empty space on the wall and pretend to be sitting in a chair. Hold for 30 seconds. Repeat 3xDay 5 – Kick City: 10 Side kicks, 10 Front kicks, 10 Back kicks Repeat if you can!
