I'm the director Human Resource of Al-HANAN Hospital, Where development and accuracy of the work is the driving force behind progress in the labor force. I hold an MA Degree in Computer System & Networking engineering from Ukraine, where I graduated in 2003. Prior to the Al-Hanan hospital, I worked with aramex, where I was Senior of Human Recourses & Outlets Team Leader.

Responsibility:
(Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, Talent Management, Learning & Development
including Capability development & Functional Trainings, Performance Management,
Employee Labor, Administration & Culture Management)
Responsible for a new HR system which is in the Implementation process & the new
hospital system
Analyzing and reporting Turnover reports
Collecting and analyzing HR data for the sustainability report
Preparation of salaries and overtime and deductions.
Assisting all HRs around the network with any system errors or any other issues related to
HR and the hospital system
Updating HR Policies and procedures on a corporate and station level
Train new and current HRs on the Hr system, local & corporate policies and procedures and
other HR functions, and train new employees on the hospital system.
Recruitment
Succession Planning (Identify Successors based on surveys, Performance Evaluations, tests)
Talent management (Identify & Improve talented people)
Managing people/performance (Via following up on Performance appraisals objectives and
improving weaknesses)
Disciplinary/Grievance
In consultation with management, formulate and recommend Human Resource objectives
and methods in the following: personnel administration, staff selection and training, labor

relations, wage and salary administration, employee benefits, remuneration, induction,
and other HR activities as directed. (Work hand in hand with the management to follow
through the HR polices, act as a support function)
Contributing to HR strategy development and delivery and leading on key HR projects.
(Keep an open eye for new HR procedures and policies and stay up to date with current
projects)
