    stories have been published so far)

    you see yourself amongst them?

    At par. No matter your current position, there will always be authors on either

    side of your spectrumthis is a dynamic variable, and entirely subjective.

    5. Have you approached any other publishing house before us? If yes, what was

    their reply to your manuscript?

    Yes. Leadstart Publishers approved our anthology but they wanted us to invest

    a large sum of money which we didnt want to.

    6. In todays times when writing fever has caught the whole nation how do you

    think is your book different from the others that come into the market daily?

    Each short story anthology is different. Curtain Callhas the potential to carve

    a niche for ourselves with our anomalous stories. It is a multi-genre book

    ranging from crime thrillers, historical fiction, romance, sci-fi to supernatural

    stories ensuring it appeals to a wide section of the public and the reader

    experiences a roller coaster ride as he does not know what is in store for him

    next. Each story in this book will take you onto a different journey through the

    lives of various characters, filled with rich emotions and different freckles of

    human nature. Moreover, the writers are renowned short story writers and

    bloggers; book sale wont be an issue as all of us have a good reader base.

    7. What is the target audience for your book?

    People who like short stories; those who want a quick read whilst commuting or

    waiting at an airportand those who want to be left with the satisfaction of

    having read something memorable. The basic idea behind this book is to give a

    fresh outlook to the various genres that can be explored in the literary world.

    Taking this into consideration the primary audience would be urban population

    of India, living in Tier-I and Tier-II cities, who enjoy reading multi genres and

    are willing to explore the variety offered in them served on one platter.

    8. What should be the price of the book and why?

    Between Rs. 150/- and Rs. 200/- This is because the book needs to be

    attractive to a discerning reader audience.

    9. How do you plan to market this book yourself?

    Through word-of-mouth publicity with friends, relatives and reader base.

    Through Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and personal blog of each writer.

    10.According to you what role should the publisher play in this?

    Ensure that the finished book is a professional product with regard to cover

    design, editing, etc. Also, that sufficient efforts are made to promote the book

    via various channels commonly used by other contemporary publishers today.
