The last date of submission of quotation is up to 11:00AM of 16.05.2018 and thesame will be opened on 16.05.2018 at 11:30AM. Babu Rao, ConstableBhaskar Rao and SN Pathak raided agambling den at Garacharma andnabbed 3 people involved ingambling. A deck of playing cardalong with Rs. 16,500.00 wasrecovered from the place. Thegamblers were identified as TapasPandey, resident of Bathu Basti, MSrinivas Rao, resident of
Garacharma and JN Lall, resident ofNayagaon.

regularization of 7 TSMsPORT BLAIR, APRIL 26/--/The Non-Gazetted Govt. Officers' Association, A&NIslands expressed gratitude to the ChiefSecretary, A&N Administration for hisintervention in the matter of regularisationof services of seven Temporary StatusMazdoors (TSMs) of Jawaharlal NehruRajkeeya Mahavidyalaya (JNRM). It was along pending issue and resolved only afterthe Association brought it into the notice ofthe Chief Secretary for his intervention inview of the agitation notice served to thePrincipal, JNRM by the JNRM Sub-Committee of the Association demandingearly settlement of the issue.
The Principal, JNRM, Port Blairregularised the services of seven TSMsrecently subsequent on receipt of necessaryapproval from the Andaman and NicobarAdministration.
Earlier, the Lt. Governor had relaxed theage criterion in the Recruitment Rules forregularisation of services of the TSMs ofJNRM against the existing vacant Group 'C'posts in JNRM. The Association alsoconveyed its gratitude to the Secretary,Education and the Principal, JNRM for theirinitiatives towards regularisation of 7 No.employees who were in service as TSMsfrom 1994.
NEW DELHI, APRIL 26 /--/ The Congresstoday appointed senior leader Kamal Nathas president of its Madhya Pradesh unit andJyotiraditya Scindia as campaign committeechief ahead of elections in the state expectedlater this year, said a statement from theparty.
The party also appointed GirishChodankar as the Pradesh CongressCommittee (PCC) chief for Goa, replacingShantaram Naik who had resigned a fewdays ago. "Congress president Rahul Gandhihas cleared the appointment of Nath as PCCpresident of Madhya Pradesh and Scindia aschairman, Campaign Committee of thestate," AICC general secretary Ashok Gehlotsaid in a statement. The party also appointedfour working presidents Bala Bachhan,Ramnivas Rawat, Jitu Patwari and SurenderChaudhary -- in the Madhya Pradesh stateunit. The appointments come a few monthsbefore the state Assembly elections, wherethe Congress is seeking to wrest power fromthe BJP. The chief ministerial candidate hasnot yet been decided as the choice stillseems open with both Nath and Scindia in therace, a party leader said.
The decision to appoint Nath andScindia is being seen as a balancing act inthe faction-ridden party in the poll-boundstate.

Chodankar wasappointed as the PradeshCongress Committee (PCC)chief for Goa earlier today,replacing Shantaram Naik,who had resigned from thepost last month. Talking tonews agency PTI over thedevelopment, 50-year-oldChodankar, who isconsidered close toCongress chief RahulGandhi said: "The biggestchallenge before me rightnow is to strengthen theparty organisation in thestate." "Gone are the dayswhen people would come toa political party. Now it's theturn of the political partiesto reach out to the people,"the Congress leader, also ateacher by profession, said.
