Changsha National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone
Changsha National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone was founded in 1988, and it became one of
China’s earliest national-level high-tech industry development Zones through the State Council’s approval in
1991. Approved by the Ministry of Science & Technology in 2009, Changsha National High-Tech Zone was

Changsha Customs
Changsha Customs is a government agency and was established in 18, Nov, 2014. At present we have 58
customs guards, managing all arrivals in and departures from the customs territory of to three cities
