YMCA East Surrey is looking for a highly motivated and inspirational leader as our Head of Children’s Services to drive the charity forward in its work with children, whilst maintaining a high level of quality across our schemes. We are rated as outstanding for our Out of School Childcare scheme in Redhill. This role will oversee the strategic development and management of our services for children including early years, short breaks, out of school childcare and recreational activities. The successful candidate will have experience working with children, managing staff and financial budgets.

YMCA’s services give children of all abilities the best start in life and help them become active, healthy, happy and confident young people who can go on to contribute and achieve in later life.
