Management Information System & Statutory Reporting

This Account-based MIS solution meant for Head Office is largely based on Bank's Assets (Loans & Advances) as well as Liabilities (Deposits), Expenses & Incomes. The major modules are:

General Ledger Profit Loss Statements (GL-PL)

This system provides dynamic generation of GL-PL reports with facilities of title and remarks at report footer. User can set different parameters and draw reports. Statutory Reports are consolidated based on Balance- sheet & Profit & Loss Account.

These reports in the Indian context are for (a) Central Bank/RBI (b) NABARD (c) Lead Bank (d) State Government/Registrar of Co-operatives. These include RBI Form-1, Form-8, and Form-9 etc. These reports will give information about Time and Demand Liability of Bank, Advances & Loans, CD ratio, Profit & Loss etc.

Loans & Advances' Reports

Loans and Advance's Reports will give reports like Overdue, Overdrawn, Demand Collection and Balance, Priority Sector's lending, Purpose Wise Analysis of Loan and Directors' Advances etc.

Branch Performance - Targets & Achievements

The Head Office assigns targets to different branches for Deposits, Advances and Loans etc. It will keep track of agreed targets and actual achievements. This gives comparisons with graphical Bar charts and Pie charts.

Credit Risk ManagementThis module helps in appraisal and evaluation of loan applications and recommendations to the sanctioning authority. It has 3 major components:

We can also provide reports that will give you costs/expenses incurred by bank for servicing the deposits. Cost can be classified as Total Cost & Pure Cost. Total Cost includes interest and non-interest expenses,. whereas pure cost means only interest cost i.e. Interest payable by bank on that deposit. On the other hand, it will give information regarding income from advances with the classified heads defined by the bank.

All reports in this module are available Branch wise as well as consolidated for the bank as a whole.

This component tracks whole process of Credit from application to approval. Once the dealing officer has collected completed application and accompanying transcripts, he puts his remarks on the application and saves it. From this stage, the application is automatically escalated to the next higher authority for action and so on…
