Management

The mole can be aborted by administration of prostaglandinintramuscularly.

Curettage is repeated if there is irregular bleeding (vaginalbleeding ) the uterus does not involute or HCG levels arestill positively six week after evacuation.

If serum level is high (serum HCG level more than 20 iu/ml)or rising chemotherapy is given
