    YOUTH FITNESSKIDS FITNESS This group fitness class is designed to get kids up and moving! Classes will rotate between kickboxing, bootcamp, yoga and cardio-based workouts.

    AGES 5-12 | DROP-IN

    KIDS KLIMB A new fitness class for youth, Kids Klimb will teach participants the art of rock-climbing. They will learn important safe-ty checks, rockclimbing terminology, games and proper stretches for after a climb. New things will be taught every week! AGES 7-13 | DROP-IN

    KIDS YOGA This class will encompass a form of modern yoga designed for children to increase their strength, flexibility, and coordination through different poses. Class is intended to be fun and may include games. AGES 6-12 | DROP-IN

    FITKIDS 360 This healthy lifestyle program helps youth and their parents make lasting behavioral changes through nutritional education, fun exercises and goal setting.
