3. The self assessment of EPHOs as a tool to assist development of country strategies and action plan, implementing the EAP jointly with member states

5. The Regional Director to provide leadership in public health , develop partnerships, produce a report on self assessments ,and develop a dynamic approach to implementing the EPHOs
