Consumers should stop using recalled products unless otherwise instructed. Consumers can submit reports of harm to CPSC's searchable online product safety database at www.SaferProducts.gov. A searchable food and medical product recall database is available at www.fda.gov/Safety/Recalls/default.htm. Tip-over hazard: Children's, adult dressers and chests Units: About 8 million MALM three-drawer, four-drawer, five-drawer and six-drawer chests and dressers and 21 million additional children's and adult dressers and chests. See a list of other styles at http://www.ikea.com/ms/en_US/pdf/non_malm_CoD_list.pdf. Hazard: The dressers and chests can tip over if they are not anchored to the wall. Incidents: Three children were killed when MALM style furniture fell on top of them. None of the chests or dressers had been anchored to the wall. Description: Recalled children's chests and dressers are taller than 23.5 inches, and adult chests and dressers taller than 29.5 inches. The particleboard or fiberboard MALM chests and dressers come in white, birch (veneer), medium brown, black-brown, white stained oak (veneer), oak (veneer), pink, turquoise, gray, gray- turquoise, lilac, green, brown stained ash (veneer) and black. A five-digit supplier number, four-digit date stamp, IKEA logo, country of origin and "MALM" are printed on the underside of the top panel or inside the side panel. They include MALM 3, MALM 4, MALM 5, MALM 6 and MALM 6 LONG. Measurements and dates sold can be found at http://1.usa.gov/295HYK5. Sold at: IKEA stores and online from 2002 through June 2016 for between $70 and $200. Remedy: Move unanchored chests and dressers to where they cannot be accessed by children until properly anchored or removed. A refund is available for recalled items manufactured between January 2002 and June 2016. Partial store credit is offered for those with recalled furniture manufactured prior to January 2002. Furniture owners can order a free wall-anchoring repair kit. A one-time, free in-home installation service is available upon request. Tip-over hazard: Children's, adult dressers and chests

Hazard: The lithium-ion battery packs in the hoverboards can overheat, posing a risk of the products smoking,catching fire or exploding.

Description: Recalled are self-balancing scooters, or hoverboards. They have two wheels at either end of aplatform and are powered by lithium-ion battery packs.

Hazard: The USB charging cords sold with Aero Spin and Aero Cruz Sky Rover remote-controlled flying toyscan overheat, posing fire and burn hazards.

Description: Recalled are yellow USB charging cords sold with the remote-controlled flying toys. The toy isshaped like ball with two blades on top and wings on the side. The following item numbers are recalled:YW859110-2, YW859110-3, YW859110-5, YW859110-6 or TTYW859110-5. They were sold in red, orange andgreen.

The bottle and food warmer iswhite with a gray adjustable control dial next to the on/off light. Tommee Tippee is stamped on the front of theunit. "Min" or "0" is stamped on the left-hand side of the control dial, and the UL logo and a six alpha-numericbatch code that begins with a number and ends with "GY" is stamped on the underside.

Hazard: The bunk bed's side mattress support rails can crack or break, and those on the bed can fall off.

Description: Recalled are Chadwick wooden bunk beds sold in white (model 1030), mission oak (models 1245and 1589) and in a twin over full combination. All models had the option of a storage drawer or a trundle underthe lower bunk. Hazard: The front handlebar assembly can break, and riders can crash.

Description: Recalled are Hammerhead sleds that were sold in blue, green, orange and yellow. The fronthandlebars have a steering system with polycarbonate skis. The rear skis are attached to the main aluminumframe. " Hammerhead Pro" is on top of the sled.

The rattles can attach tostrollers or activity gyms.
