“TYPE 3” DIABETES AND ELECTROPOLLUTION?
Dirty Electricity: A form of electropollution—refers to the high
frequency voltage transients in the electrical wiring inside buildings produced by computers, dimmer switches, etc. These contaminate the standard 60 hertz electric current and create unhealthy levels of electromagnetic fields.
Power quality is connected with less headaches, more energy, and lower blood sugar for diabetes.
“Dirty electricity elevates blood sugar among electrically sensitive diabetics and may explain uncontrolled type 2 diabetes.”

One of the most highly potent antioxidants, Melatonin… Reduces damage to blood vessels that leads to atherosclerosis
Lowers cholesterol
May reduce risks of neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s
Understanding the EMF Connection… As a hormonal antioxidant, melatonin increases the antioxidant activity of glutathione
EMFs suppress the body’s production of melatonin
Low melatonin linked to free radical damage
FACT Its role in protecting us from disease was first noted when studies found night workers experienced higher rates of breast cancer than those working day jobs.
GLUTATHIONE: THE PREMIER TOXIC WASTE ELIMINATOR
© 2014 First Lady of Nutrition Inc.
Dynamic Duo: Glutathione and Alpha Lipoic Acid are used by neurosurgeons to restore nerve and brain function in subjects with mold and diabetes-related neuropathy as well as brain damage.
FACT
Glutathione: Becomes easily drained, neutralized by
EMRs (as well as mold and chemicals).
The body’s main water soluble antioxidant—protects brain, nerve cells and liver.
Glutathione’s BFF: Alpha Lipoic Acid A life-extending antioxidant that
recharges glutathione by replacing electrons stolen by nasty free radicals.
Crosses both water and lipid permeable cell membranes, so it can work anywhere in the body like the blood-brain barrier.
A potent blood sugar regulator.

THE GLUTATHIONE GLITCH
© 2014 First Lady of Nutrition Inc.
• Impairs body’s ability to make glutathione, the main water-soluble antioxidant essential for the liver to detoxify. • Leaves body genetically unable to break down or eliminate toxins, chemicals, and heavy metals.
GENETIC DEFECT IN MTHFR ENZYME GENE MAY AFFECT 50%
OF THE POPULATION
THE GLUTATHIONE GLITCH

If you suspect you are not detoxifying normally and are extremely EMR sensitive, the MTHFR test may provide insights. Test available from Iverson Lab in Bothell, WA with a doctor’s prescription.
Two genetic variants in the MTHFR gene: • One necessitates folic acid and B12, as well as other glutathione helpers like TriMethylGlycine, and vitamins B2 and B6. • The other variant requires a methylated form of B12 depending upon your genetic test result.
A recent study suggests that 98% of autistic children have the MTHFR mutation. (NW Healthcare, 2011)

Calcium is the mortar that holds your cells together. EMFs break through the membrane, leaking calcium and dramatically altering content.
Magnesium is your best insurance policy for both absorbing and retaining enough calcium. It’s also a key anti-stress mineral!
Electropollution can seriously reduce the body’s production of this vital antioxidant which plays a key role in regulating glutathione and SOD and can cross the blood-brain barrier.
ZAP-PROOF EMF PROTECTORS Minerals and Supplements are the front line of defense in protecting your body (and its cells) against increasingly pervasive EMFs.
Chromium Adults: 200-400 mcg daily
Milk Thistle 140 mg of a standardized
extract twice daily

200-600 mg
Please note: Dosages are suggested for adults only and vary on an individual basis. For specific protocol and a complete list of “Zap-Proof” Minerals and Supplements, check out Zapped by Ann Louise Gittleman.
High blood sugar is often noted in studies of EMF exposure. Chromium helps insulin turn blood sugar into energy instead of leaving it circulating in the blood.
Milk thistle contains the phytochemical silymarin, which not only increases levels of glutathione by 35% but also boosts the other EMF-targeted antioxidant, SOD. It also aids cell repair.
An effective free radical scavenger, ALA earns its stripes by increasing glutathione and giving new life to other antioxidants in your body.

It’s found in every cell of the body and acts as it’s personal “bodyguard.” Levels drop with age and exposure to stress, toxins, etc. It isn’t absorbed readily, so it’s best to take supplements that boost the body’s natural production.
Propolis – the resin bees make to protect their hives against pathogens and molds – was the source of caffeic acid used in animal studies showing protection from free radical damage where rats were exposed to cell phone EMFs.
SOD supplements have been used to reduce tissue injury brought on by radiation treatments. Studies show it not only acts as an antioxidant, but also as an anti-inflammatory.

Detoxifies entire system – your mouth is the gateway to total health! 1. Put about 2 teaspoons of oil (such as
sesame or coconut oil) in your mouth.
2. Work oil around in your mouth for 20 minutes, sloshing from side to side, sucking and pulling it through your teeth. You can spit it out intermittently but make sure you put more oil back in your mouth to continue the process.
3. After 20 minutes, spit out and rinse with a large glass of water to remove oil residues.
Remove all cordless phones.
Disable wireless routers.
Remove cell phones and laptops from the bedroom.
Use your cell phone only when necessary.
Throw away your microwave.
Sleep on a non-metal box spring and bed frame.
Don’t live near high power lines or within ¼ mile of cell phone towers.
Avoid making calls in trains, cars and boats because metal concentrates and reflects EMR.
Don’t use wireless headsets—use air-tube headset or put on speaker instead.
Only undergo CT scans and X-rays when absolutely necessary.
