As soon as Registration is complete,The member may click on the “Your Spending” tab

Remember, you must be enrolled in the HDHP and have

opened your HSA before expenses may be reimbursed on

a tax-advantaged basis.

To continue, the member clicks upon the “Apply Online Now” link.

Here they will specify contribution and reimbursement preferences and indicate beneficiaries.

• I will submit withdrawals via the web or mail only• Manual Submission

• I would like to establish a Debit Card for my HSA• Manual Submission with Debit Card

• I would like my health plan and it subsidiaries and affiliates to auto-submit any member responsibility and pay me, the participant

• Automatic Submission with Payment to Member

• I would like my health plan and it subsidiaries and affiliates to auto-submit any member responsibility and make payments to the medical service provider

• Automatic Submission with Payment to Provider

Customization of withdrawal and reimbursement options allows the member to determine how their account will respond to

Redeem Function

Use the Redeem function to request reimbursement for non-plan expenses such as out-of-pocket vision and/or dental expenses.

Remember to keep a copy of the bill and the Explanation of Payment with your tax records.
