COURSE DESCRIPTIONThis symposium will focus on contemporary state-of-the-art management of heart rhythm disorders and cardiac devices with the latest updates in cardiac electrophysiology as well as reviewing all basic and advanced concepts in electrophysiology. It will serve as a comprehensive and concise electrophysiology, learning platform for Electrophysiologists, Cardiologists, Primary Care Physicians, Nurses, EP Lab Technicians, Allied Health Professionals, Fellows, Residents, and Medical Students.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES1. Describe the pathophysiology of Atrial fibrillationand ventricular tachycardia, mortality benefits withablation and the recent techniques and outcomes ofAF and VT ablation.

2. Describe eligibility and outcomes for left atrialappendage occlusion devices.

3. Describe sudden cardic death in relation togenetic channelopathies.

4. Describe the recent advances in pacing relatingto His bundle, leadless pacing and Biventricularpacing.

FELLOWS POSTER COMPETITION & JEOPARDYFellow Poster CompetitionResidents and Fellows can submit abstracts related to heart rhythm disorders. Abstracts already presented at national conferences can also be submitted. Abstracts will be judged and those with the highest score will be awarded. Submit your abstract at heartrhythmfocus.org.

Fellow JeopardyCardiology and EP fellows can participate in this jeopardy. Team consists of 3 participants from each institution. The final team to win the jeopardy will be awarded.
