Dear My name is mostafa mansour and I am tenant at 613 LAGO VISTA , which I rent through your agency I am writing to compliant about the heating system in my flat, which has not been working over than a week .in fact, I contacted your office by phone last week and informed Elize , the property manger about the situation .she informed me that problem would be fixed immediately and she would arrange for a tradesman to come out .However, I have not heard back from her in over a week now and heating system still is not working .as it winter ,use of heating system is desperately required. Likewise,the lack of timely response after making the initial phone call last week is unacceptable .

Given the situation , I would like to hear your explanation .additionally, could please arrange for the system fixing immediately

Dear hi there, It was good to hear from you and thanks for the invitation. I hope you have been keeping well and you family is doing fine . I am so excited to see and met in next summer . I was thinking about last month and I couldnt believe when you sent me the invitation .Anyway , the reason for writing to you is to get some advice and few question about some staff .As I will be at your parents place during my stay . I was wondering what present I could get to them as a token of thanks for putting me up. What would you suggest ?, I was thinking along the lines of books about my country . also, what kind of activities do you thinking will be getting up to,? It would be handy to know so I can bring the right clothes along with me . also , I hate to be nuisance
