Terms & Conditions : 1. Tenders to be submitted in sealed cover specified with tender no. & due date. 2. The tender received after due date shall be rejected. 3. The rate quoted should be inclusive of packing & forwarding but exclusive of freight charges and taxes/duties.

These are to be specified separately. 4. The rate quoted must be firm and remain valid for three months from the date of opening of the tender. 5. Erasing & overwriting in quotation may result in rejection of the offer. 6. The corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any part or entire offer without assigning any reason. 7. The order places against the tender shall be subject to the “General Terms & Conditions of Contract” which

can be seen/ downloaded from the company web site (www.hecltd.com) 8. The last date for receipt of the above tender is 18/05/2017 at 1:00 PM and tender opening is on

18/05/2017 at 3:00 PM. 9. Delivery Period:-Material should be delivered within 05 Weeks. 10. Full Payment will be made against TAX Invoice/ FINAL bill within 60 days of the receipt of supplies at destination dully inspected alongwith GC & TC. Payment term offered other than as specified in NIT will attract necessary loading factor on offered rate in calculating Landed cost for deciding L1 status. 11. Earnest money of Rs 5000.00 is to be deposited alongwith the techno commercial bid in the form of DD in favour of Heavy Engineering Corporation Ltd, Payable at Ranchi/BG. NSIC/SSI firms and the firm under DGS & D rate contract are exempted from submission of EMD on production of updated copy of the relevant Document. Without EMD the offer will not be considered. The firms registered with HEC are exempted from submission of EMD on production of valid registration certificate alongwith techno commercial bid. 12. Security deposit for an amount of 5% of the contract value is to be submitted by the successful bidder/bidders in the form of DD in favour of Heavy Engineering Corporation Ltd, Payable at Ranchi/BG. Within 21 days of placement of order. Vender has to confirm its acceptance in its offer. 13. The material shall be guaranteed for 18 months from the date of receipt of material in our store or 12 months from the date of use, whichever is earlier. Vender has to confirm its acceptance in its offer. 14. Inspection of the material to be done by QCA/HMBP or Its representative at firms premises. Vender has to confirm its acceptance in its offer.

15. Above mentioned quantity may increase/decrease as per our requirement at the time of placement of order.

16. As per Govt. directive, payment will be made through RTGS. So please provide RTGS details along with the offer.
