This 12-berth motor yacht is seriously for sale. Accommodation is for up to 12 guests in 5en-suite staterooms consisting of a full-beam master suite on the main deck with a privatestudy, two VIP suites, two twin cabins and a convertible media room/cabin on the upperdeck, all with state-of-the-art entertainment centres.

Built as a semi-displacement yacht, this HEESEN 4400 is powered by twin 3650 Hp MTUDiesel engines give her a long range of 3000 nautical miles at her economical cruisingspeed of 12 knots. Her maximum speed is 23 knots.

Fitted with Naiad zero-speed stabilisers for maximum comfort while sailing or at anchor, thisis probably the finest example of the HEESEN 4400 series on the market!

This Superyacht features a vast saloon on the main deck including a social area furnishedwith coffee tables, comfortable armchairs and occasional chairs while forward there is aformal 8-seater dining table, custom made from American walnut and topped with leatherinlaid in intricate patterns of matt silver.
