TRANSFER GEARBOX Hispano-Suiza is responsible for the design, manufacture, testing and support of several aircraft power transmissions, which includes transfer gearbox (TGB) subsystems. The TGB transmits power from the engine to the accessory module, via bevel gears and shafts components.
Hispano-Suiza’s ambition is to extend its strong experience on TGB for aircraft engines to helicopter applications.

ENGINE REDUCTION GEARBOX Hispano-Suiza has experience in design, production, support and services of reduction gearboxes for the CTS800 Rolls-Royce engine and has recently started the development of a reduction gearbox for a new high-power helicopter engine.Located on the engine side, the engine reduction gearbox is a major part of the propulsion system used to decrease the engine speed in entrance of the helicopter main gearbox.

ACCESSORY GEARBOX FOR THE MAIN GEARBOX Hispano-Suiza has developed and produces the two accessory gearboxes (left and right AGBs) mounted on the main gearbox of the H175 helicopter (ex EC175).The left and right AGBs, mounted on the main gearbox, transmit power to various components such as generator, lubricating unit, air compressor, hydraulic pump, and cooling system.
