To provide a variety of building-block opportunities for today's youth, their families, and educators; by o�ering a variety of continuous physical training programs, life-application tools, and community service programs that will develop America’s leaders with character and integrity to secure their future.

Youth Leadership Authority applies the principles of discipline, leadership, and teamwork that are so well modeled by the United States Marine Corps. These traits combined with continuous and achieved physical �tness challenges, mentoring, and community services e�orts bring about a positive change with new formed habits. We pride ourselves in knowing 82% of our program participants go on to college. Our goal is to instill LEADERSHIP Values.

Allow me to take this opportunity to present an exceptional youth leadership program to you. The all-encompassing Youth Leadership Authority (YLA) is a non-pro�t organization that o�ers variety of youth leadership training programs for males and females, ages 13 to 21. Our goal is to keep teens continuously engaged in life-skill programs, mentoring, physical training and community service projects all through their school careers, thus leaving them balanced and self-con�dent as they grow into adulthood.

YLA Leadership Training Cycle

Southern Nevada Devil Pups (SNDP) 12-Week Leadership Program (May – August)Males and Females, ages 14-17

12-week preliminary training and community service program ending with a ten-day leadership encampment held at Camp Pendleton Marine Corps Base. This program will include physical training, mentoring, community service and life-application skill education.

Rapport Teen Leadership Breakthroughand other Teen Leadership Programs

(Year round classes available)Males and Females, ages 14-18

who are in high school.

This interactive class enables students to advance their leadership ability and create positive change in their lives. In Teen Leadership Breakthrough, teenagers learn: Focus, Enthusiasm, Communication, Self-Con�dence and Character. Course length: Two-and-a-half days.

Community Service PodAll of our students must take part in community service projects throughout the Las Vegas valley in an e�ort to “pay it forward to the community that gives to them” and to promote earning, giving, and kindness.

Explorer Leadership POST (Coming in 2017- Year around)Males and females, ages 16-21

In order to broaden exposure to teens who may want to investigate a career as a police o�cer, �re�ghter, or in one of our military branches YLA o�ers an Explorer Leadership Post that will be a continuation of leadership o�erings.

(Ran concurrently with SNDP- May - August)Males and Females, ages 13 – 21

YLA’s 12-week Preliminary Training Program is a strenuous physical, educational, and community service training program that works! This program helps teens to be self-su�cient through weekly physical training sessions and mentoring meetings with volunteer United States Marines, past accelerated graduates, and successful adult volunteers.

YLA Military Educationand Leadership Training

(Year round)Males and Females, ages 14-21

Through mentoring and quarterly meetings this training program will o�er a variety of motivational speakers that will speak about career, college, military choices, bullying, and positive life choices.
