1. Introduction by Chairman of the Parish Council

2. Presentation by Suffolk ACRE’s Parish Plan Officer on

‘Why’ a parish should embark on this project and the

benefits it could bring to that community.

3. Suffolk ACRE facilitates ‘Needs Analysis’ exercise to

identify issues of those present.

4. Identify Volunteers wishing to sit on a Steering Group

5. Decide whether Hessett should go ahead or not.

6. Identify volunteers to help in other ways.
