lightweight, sustainable solution. Our 100% paper-based product is

made from renewable resources (a minimum of 20% recycled fiber

content) and is recyclable to provide the perfect blend of performance

and environmental responsibility. Hexacomb products are naturally

lightweight, helping to lessen fuel consumption during transport. In

turn, this minimizes the carbon footprint and reduces shipping costs.

Its main raw material composition, paper, alleviates dependence on

petroleum-based products and aids in the preservation of precious

fossil fuels (used to manufacture plastic packaging alternatives).

ShiPPing & tranSPortHexacomb products are available in the same standard

dimensions as plywood and triple wall at a fraction of

the weight. Hexacomb is a suitable replacement for

wood due to its unique, structural composition, which

does not subject it to the same problematic import

restrictions as wood. Our products are safe and easy to

handle, reducing the risk of injury. Hexacomb’s versatile

nature allows it to be combined with corrugated trays,

bin boxes or point of purchase displays, providing a

truly custom solution. The vertical cell orientation allows

the deck to handle heavy loads of up to 2,500 pounds.

Available in many sizes, Hexacomb products can be

supplemented with an optional wrap to further enhance

strength and longevity of the material. Blocks and

runners can be applied to the material with standard

PSA’s, hotmelts or glues.

core that is 100% renewable, Falconboard

provides optimal strength and printing

performance while resisting denting and

warping. Falconboard is malleable enough

most commercial connective systems like

edge tap and plastic or metal edging or
